"गरीब उत्थान संस्था एक सामाजिक संगठन है, जिसका उद्देश्य गरीब और वंचित वर्ग के लोगों का जीवन स्तर सुधारना और उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है। ये संस्थाएं कई प्रकार की गतिविधियां और कार्यक्रम चलाती हैं ताकि गरीब समुदायों को उनके अधिकार, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और रोजगार के अवसरों के प्रति जागरूक किया जा सके।

गरीब उत्थान संस्था के कार्य:
1. शिक्षा का प्रचार-प्रसार एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा कि व्यवस्था :-
गरीब बच्चों के लिए मुफ्त या कम खर्चे में शिक्षा की व्यवस्था।
बच्चों और युवाओं के लिए शिक्षा सामग्री (किताबें, कॉपियां, यूनिफॉर्म) वितरित करना।
2. स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं: मुफ्त स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविरों का आयोजन।
दवाइयों और चिकित्सा सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता।
साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूकता अभियान।
3. रोजगार और कौशल विकास:-
गरीब लोगों को स्वरोजगार के लिए ट्रेनिंग देना, जैसे सिलाई, बुनाई, हस्तशिल्प आदि।
स्वरोजगार शुरू करने के लिए माइक्रोफाइनेंस या छोटे ऋण की व्यवस्था।
बेरोजगार युवाओं को रोजगार मेले और सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ना।
